I’ve been experimenting with the coconut oil quite a bit lately and have used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches and have used it to replace butter in recipes. It gives things a great coconut flavor, but not overwhelming. It works great instead of butter for making grilled cheese sandwiches. My 15 month old son loves his coconut oil grilled cheese!
